Erin Celello came on the podcast to share her vast expertise on our military and veteran in higher education and becoming open minded to different ideas and personal views about war and transition but life in general. We talked about the difference she has seen with non-veterans and veterans taking her class and becoming more involved in their communities regardless if it is veteran related.
We talked about expressive writing for veterans that could be a form of therapy and outlet and why its important.
