My friend Zach came on the Podcast and we just reminisced about our tour in Iraq in 2009-2010 at Camp Bucca. Zach talked about his first tour and the high and low points of that tour at 19 years old. Zach gained so much life experience at such a young age and that has carried him through life and has propelled him to be successful after his service.
Zach also talked his transition with both deployments and the differences between his maturity level. How he maintained his relationships with his fellow veterans during college to have a somewhat normal transition.
